It was announced today that the leader of communist North Korea Kim Jong Il passed away of heart failure. I have a Shepard Fairey piece from Obey hanging at my loft featuring this dictator plus a few others. I’m not sure how this changes the political landscape of that country but I hope more kids get into skateboarding. Kids need more of a creative outlet and what better way than jumping on their stick? Back in 2008, Circa took a trip out to South Korea for a demo and it left a huge impression on the citizens of that country.
