If something is wrong with your order or if your product is defected in any way please let us know about it. If your return meets the guidelines listed below, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges will receive fast attention and we will make the effort to help you ship your product back to us. Before you return something please make sure that your return meets our return guidelines listed below, then email customer service or call us at (626) 301-9059 to receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number). Once you get an RA# please return the product(s) in the original packaging which it was received. Stix Ride Shop does not accept C.O.D.s (Check on Delivery). Return Policy UPS might require additional fees at time of the delivery. These fees may include taxes, brokerage fees, duties, tariffs and any other fees that may be included when delivering to your country. All orders shipped to Canada will include the brokerage fee. All other customers are responsible for all fees due upon delivery. Also note that customers are also responsible for shipping charges on refused packages.
- Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs on all returns except when your order is qualified as a miss ship.
- All returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the date on the invoice.
- All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in new condition
- All SHOE BOXES must be undamaged and have no shipping tape or tape marks on them.
- All shoes must be unlaced and unworn (when trying shoes on please do so in a carpeted area with clean socks)
- All DVDs must be kept in original unopened casing.
- Skateboard decks are not 100% guaranteed to last any given amount of time. Once riden or used they can not be returned or exchanged. The only exception is when you recieve a deck that defected from the manufacturer (defected decks include warped deck, miss drilled holes or delamination)
- Skateboard Decks that have been assembled or have grip tape applied to them can not be returned.
- Stix Ride Shop will not refund any shipping on returns or exchanges unless the order was a miss ship.
- Stix Ride Shop will not refund any shipping on canceled or refused orders after they have already been shipped out.
- All exchanges will be shipped by UPS Economy Ground when applicable. If you would like to upgrade your shipping on your exchange, please let us know by email.

I received a different product or order. What should I do? If you have received the wrong product then what is printed on the invoice, please email or call customer service and provide the following info:
* The invoice number * A description of the peroduct(s) you received, including size and color * The product(s) item number
We will make every effort to expedite the process and handling of your miss shipped order.
My package is missing item(s). What should I do? If you receive and order that has missing items please email or call customer service and we will then begin an investigation by comparing shipped weight to what was received. If the item and shipping was paid for and not shipped out to you, we will ship the missing item(s) promptly and cover all new shipping costs.
If the item(s) was shipped and lost in transit we will begin a claim thru UPS for you. UPS requires that we tell all customers to hold onto the original packaging of the order for 10 days from when claim was placed.
I received defective product. What should I do? In the case that you feel that your product has a manufacturer defect please follow these steps: Email or call customer service and explain the defect and the situation that led up to when you found the defect. We will then determine if it qualifies as a manufacturer defect and give you an RA# to return your defected product. Once returned we will inspect the product and determine if in fact the product qualifies as a manufacturer defected item. If it does then we will replace the item and ship the a new one at no cost. Items will not be considered defective in these cases: shoes that have any visible signs of wear and tear, skateboard decks that are chipped or broken, any clothing that has been worn or washed. Stix Ride Shop reserves the right to deny any missleading or false claims.

PayPal orders, Personal Check and Money Orders will not be shipped until the payment has been recieved, cleared and processed accordingly.
All orders over $250 and orders that contain a separate billing and shipping address will require personal signature upon UPS delivery.
Where do I check the status of my order? to check the status of yourt order on our website just click on "My Account" on the top navagation bar, login to your account with your email and password. Then click "order history" and click on your order number to view your order. There you can see the status of your order and if it has shipped or not. Also you can view the tracking number there.
You can also email or call us during normal business hours to find out the status of your order. Check our Contact page for contact details.
How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order as long as it has NOT been shipped out yet. To cancel your order please email or cal customer service during our regular business hours. For contact details please refer to our Contact page. Orders that have already been shipped out can NOT be cancelled but may be returned if they meet the requirements of our return policy.

Do you ship to Military Addresses (FPO/APO)? Yes we can easily accept orders and ship to military addresses. orders shipped to any Military Address will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and can take up to 3 weeks delivery time.
