PRO-TEC HELMETS & PADS:
It was around the early 70's when the very first poly urethane skateboard wheels were introduced to the skate scene. Luckily Pro-Tec was founded around the same time, in turn making it possible for skaters to try more tricks and maneuvers while being protected. This was the time of trial and error where modifactions came into play.
The Pro-Tec helmets were made by the exact skaters that were shredding So. Cal's empty pools and verts. They designed the helmets with functionality and safety in the same package. The outcome became one of the most important components in the industry today, a life saver.
