Shipping & Delivery
We will do our best to ship out orders the same day the order is placed if the order is placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time, but please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. All Domestic and International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service ( For all other orders received after 2PM Pacific Standard Time, please allow 1 business day to process your order before we can ship it out.. For standard Domestic shipping allow 3-4 business days for your order to arrive. For standard International Shipping allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight and destination of your shipment. For price estimates on shipping go to Expedited shipping (USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 day service) is available to domestic US customers and International customers (USPS Express Mail International - 5 business days).
All orders are shipped from either Stix Rideshop Monrovia or Stix Rideshop Claremont depending on which location holds inventory of the order items.

Orders & Tracking

Please allow up to 1 business day before your order can be shipped out and your tracking information can be received. You can check your order status at any time by singing in to your account here. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive a tracking number and your order status in your account shows that the order has been shipped, simply click on the "View order" link to view the order. Then click the "Track your order" link and you will get a live status update of where your shipment is at any given time. If there is no order status and it has been over 24 hours since the order was placed, please contact us so we will be happy to assist you.

Privacy & Security does not share your personal information with any 3rd party! We are skaters and like you, we hate junk mail! The information that you provide us when you setup your account or place an order is collected and securely stored on our secure server so that we may access it only to inquire about an order that was shipped out or to notify you regarding any upcoming sales or exclusive promotions. If needed we will contact you through email but sometimes might have to contact you by phone. Your payment and personal information is always safely secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Industry standard encryption software. We encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, names, and address.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason there is something wrong with your order please let us know so we can do our best to assess the situation. No refunds are available for Sale or discounted items – only exchange or store credit. Returns must be sent back in the original condition which you received them and in their original packaging or box. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in "New" Condition. Shipping & handling is non refundable for all returns. Customers must get general approval through email or by calling our store toll free at 1-877-SK8-STIX (877-758-7849) before we can issue any returns. Customers are responsible for getting the item back to us. We will reimburse you for shipping costs if we have sent out the wrong item. If the order is correct, but you still wish to do a return it, you must cover the cost of shipping. Any exchanged items sent back to you will be sent for free. Once we have received your returned order, it will take up to 5 days to process before any credits are posted or exchange orders are shipped out.
